 KENOSHA
- The family of Michael Bell, represented by attorney Patrick Dunphy,
filed a federal civil rights suit today in Milwaukee against the four
officers involved in the shooting death their son one year ago today. Also
included in the civil right complaint are the City of Kenosha, and the
Kenosha Police Department. Attempts shortly after the shooting to have
the Kenosha District Attorney bring the case to justice failed when former
DA Robert Jambois refused to open the case and ruled the shooting
justified and refusing to consider key evidence and testimony from
